Jump Start is a five-week program designed to introduce or re-introduce you to exercise through cardio, interval and resistance training. Get results with the motivation, education and accountability you need – just five weeks to accomplish amazing fitness goals!

  • Where: GiGi’s Indoor Training Center

  • When: February 23rd – March 25th
    Tues / Thurs, 5:30 – 6:30pm
  • Fee: $100 (including 10 classes per session)
